If this is the level of competency of the management, there is no way I would come here for a regular meal and deal with this level of poor service. I blame the management for piss poor planning. And then when we get to the area to eat, it's extremely small for the size of the crowds this event bring! I have been having to try and eat a meal off of tiny disposable cocktail plates because they ran out of larger plates. Oh but no! We have to stand in the heat and dehydrate. Customer service would have been checking on patrons and at least offering water. Our small group of 4 were sent out of an air conditioned location to wait outside in the middle of a record setting heat wave for and hour and totally ignored. It was so poorly planned and there was absolutely NO customer service. I don't think I will EVER return to this place. Came during a large event in Pigeon Forge and was attending a special offer for Jeep Invasion.
